A study program is designed to prepare students as judicial assistants, equipping them with the necessary qualifications, competencies, and capabilities to serve in human rights and legal institutions, as well as lawyers’ offices. This specialized program aims to enhance the provision of legal services to Palestinian citizens, elevate the standards of professional performance within this domain, and equip students with the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for their prospective careers.

There are various career opportunities available for individuals in the field of law and justice. These opportunities include:

1. Justice Assistant in Law Firms and Legal Advisory Services: Working as an assistant in law firms and legal advisory services involves providing support to lawyers in their daily tasks and assisting with legal research, document preparation, and client communication.

2. Legal and Judicial Assistant in Court Registries: As a legal and judicial assistant, one can work in the registries of regular, administrative, and sharia courts, as well as the Constitutional Court. Responsibilities may include case management, maintaining court records, and assisting judges and court staff.

3. Judicial Assistant in Notary and Execution Departments: This role entails providing assistance in the departments of notaries and execution, involving tasks such as drafting legal documents, managing execution procedures, and liaising with relevant parties.

4. Legal and Judicial Assistant for the Public Prosecution Office: Working as an assistant for members of the Public Prosecution Office involves supporting prosecutors in their legal proceedings, conducting research, and assisting in the preparation of cases.
