This specialized vocational track is designed to develop English, Hebrew, French, Turkish, or other language skills for use in professional and workplace settings. The diploma program provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to communicate effectively in international work environments, with clients, or with colleagues from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
The Languages for Professional Purposes program focuses on practical and professional language use, including:
• Business conversations
• Writing professional emails
• Preparing reports
• Delivering presentations
Additionally, the program includes practical training and real-life scenarios that students may encounter in their work environments.
Graduates of this program will be able to:
• Speak fluently and clearly in various professional situations and understand business-related conversations in English.
• Read and comprehend professional texts, draft formal emails, and prepare reports and official documents logically and accurately.
• Acquire technical and industry-specific vocabulary in fields such as business, finance, tourism, and healthcare, enabling them to understand and use job-specific terminology.
• Write analytical articles, reports, and business news in an engaging and structured manner.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in English while understanding different workplace cultures and practices.
• Develop self-confidence in using English in professional settings and handle both verbal and written communication with clarity.
