A specialized career path designed to prepare and qualify skilled professionals through comprehensive scientific and practical training. The ultimate goal is to support and empower the healthcare sector in Palestine. Graduates of this program will be equipped to efficiently perform all administrative and clerical services associated with healthcare facilities in a highly professional manner, utilizing technology and computer systems. Their tasks include handling all forms of communication, scheduling appointments, receiving and delivering documents, providing administrative assistance to doctors, drafting letters and reports, managing medical records, and effectively interacting with medical records through digital systems. Additionally, they will be trained in patient interaction and communication with healthcare professionals based on scientific and psychological principles. This program serves as a support system for medical personnel in Palestinian institutions, contributing to the enhancement of high-quality healthcare services for citizens.

• Effectively managing time, organizing files, schedules, and resources in medical environments.
• Communicating efficiently with patients, doctors, and other medical staff via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Understanding basic medical terminology and concepts, and accurately conveying them to patients and non-medical staff.
• Ensuring the secure and confidential management of medical records while adhering to privacy and security regulations.
• Handling stress and emergency situations in healthcare settings with professionalism, maintaining composure and dedication.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to acquire new knowledge and skills that enhance performance in medical secretarial roles.

• Private medical clinics of all types, medical laboratories, radiology centers, and dental clinics.
• Healthcare centers specializing in general health, maternal and child health.
• Administrative offices affiliated with the Ministry of Health.
