This program focuses on equipping students with scientific and technical skills in the field of information security, enabling them to design and implement policies for data protection and the technological environment of organizations. Students will also learn to assess and analyze risks that may affect the organization, write comprehensive reports with necessary recommendations, and develop skills to handle cyberattacks and risks. Additionally, students will acquire the practical skills needed to build a secure and comprehensive local network and manage it while connecting it to the global network.
This program consists of two academic years, totaling 76 credit hours
• Designing and managing local networks and internet networks.
• Designing the necessary policies to protect networks of all types.
• Inspecting networks, reviewing vulnerabilities, and working to improve them.
• Managing technical disasters and responding to various types of cyberattacks.
• Handling various types of known operating systems.
• Assisting in managing information security programs in data centers and electronic portals.
• Ensuring the presence of protection tools (hardware and software) and updating them across all data centers.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of protection programs on all user devices.
• Participating in quality assurance tests to secure networks and systems.
• Working in organizations that store data electronically.
• Working in military institutions to monitor the protection of their private networks.
