Required Documents for Registration

  1. A copy of the high school diploma certified by the Ministry of Education.
  2. A copy of the ID card or passport.
  3. A certified copy of the Palestinian General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) or its equivalent from other certificates.
  4. Two personal photos.
  5. A certified copy of the birth certificate.
  6. Proof of payment of admission fees.

How to Apply

Purchase the Application Package

Buy the application package for a fee of 100 ILS from the following locations:

  • The Financial Department at the College.
  • Bank of Palestine.
  • Bank of Jerusalem.

Complete the Online Application

Access the application portal, choose three desired majors in order of preference, and fill out the application form. Attach all required documents.

Review Available Majors

Review the available majors for admission on the admission and registration page.
After completing the application, the student will receive a confirmation message indicating that the application has been successfully submitted and that they should wait for the result.

Submit Documents to the Admission and Registration Office

After completing the application, visit the Admission and Registration Office at the College to submit the required documents to the registration officer. These include:

  • A copy of the ID card.
  • A certified copy of the birth certificate.
  • A certified copy of the Palestinian General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) or its equivalent.
  • Two personal photos.

Pay the Seat Reservation Fee

Pay the seat reservation fee after receiving final admission approval from the Admission and Registration Office.
You will then receive a seat reservation document via email or from the registration officer, which includes:

    1. Your academic information (College, Major, Student ID Number).
    2. The date of your English proficiency exam.
    3. Login information for the electronic portal.

Finally, visit the Admission and Registration Office to issue your university ID card, presenting the seat reservation document.

English Proficiency Exam

After taking the English proficiency exam and receiving your results, your first-semester schedule will be uploaded to the electronic portal. You can also obtain it from the admission officer.


You can check the status of your application at any time by logging into the electronic application portal using the login information provided in your admission card.

Admission Requirements

  1. Admission applications are accepted at the beginning of the first and second semesters. Students are required to carefully read the instructions attached to the application form.
  2. The student must hold a high school diploma (Tawjihi) or its equivalent, and the GPA must qualify the student for the program they are applying to.
  3. Students applying to various departments who hold the Palestinian General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) are admitted on a competitive basis.
  4. Students holding non-Palestinian high school certificates are admitted according to the Ministry’s instructions and in line with the College Council’s decisions.
  5. The College admits students according to the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and the College’s internal regulations, as follows:

Admission Procedures

  1. After the student’s admission is announced on the College’s website, the student must visit the Admission and Registration Office during the announced dates to pay fees, register for placement tests, and complete the required documentation.
  2. The student registers for their first semester according to the approved study plan and their placement test results.
  3. The student loses their right to admission if they miss the specified deadline, withdraw their registration documents, or if any false information is found in the official documents.
Placement Tests:

Admitted students must take the following placement tests:

  1. Arabic Proficiency Test: To determine the student’s level in Arabic. Students who fail will be enrolled in a remedial course. The test result is not used for admission but to assess the student’s knowledge of Arabic.
  2. English Proficiency Test: To determine the student’s level in English. Students who fail will be enrolled in a remedial course. The test result is not used for admission but to assess the student’s knowledge of English.
  3. Computer Skills Test: To determine the student’s level in basic computer skills. Students who fail will be enrolled in a remedial course. The test result is not used for admission but to assess the student’s knowledge of computer skills.

 

  • Placement tests are held twice a year, once each semester.
  • If a student misses a placement test, they are considered to have failed and will be enrolled in a remedial course.

Important Instructions

Non-Palestinian High School Certificates
  • For students with the Palestinian General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) or certificates from other Arab countries: Attach a certified copy of the transcript. For 2022 high school graduates, attach the transcript after receiving it.
  • For students with foreign certificates (SAT1 & SATII, GCE, IGCSE, GCSE, IB, German Abitur, etc.): Attach the transcript along with an equivalency certificate from the Palestinian Ministry of Education.
  • For students with the Israeli Bagrut certificate: Attach a translated transcript certified by a notary and a certified copy of the Bagrut certificate from the Palestinian Ministry of Education.
Transfer to the College

Students transferring from other universities who wish to join the College must submit:

  • A copy of their ID card and birth certificate. And a certified copy of their high school transcript.
  • An official transcript from their previous university, certified by the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
  • An official course description from their previous university.
