Eligibility Criteria:
- The student must have completed at least one academic semester at the college.
- The student must not have received a disciplinary warning during the semester of excellence.
- The student must have enrolled in at least 15 credit hours in the semester of excellence and passed all courses.
- Scholarship eligibility is renewed on a semester basis, depending on the semester GPA rather than the cumulative GPA.
Types of Scholarships:

College Top Student Scholarship
Covers 100% of tuition fees for credit hours, provided the eligibility criteria mentioned above are met. The recipient must have the highest GPA at the college level and maintain a minimum semester GPA of 90%. The scholarship does not cover other fees or the cost of any tools or equipment required for the student’s major.

Major Top Student Scholarship
Covers 50% of tuition fees for credit hours, provided the eligibility criteria mentioned above are met. The recipient must have the highest GPA in their major and maintain a minimum semester GPA of 88%. The scholarship does not cover other fees or the cost of any tools or equipment required for the student’s major.
Covers 30% of tuition fees for any student who achieves a semester GPA of 88% or higher, meets the eligibility criteria, but does not qualify as the top student in their major.
- This scholarship is available to siblings who share the same full name or provide official proof in case of different or changed family names, and who are enrolled in the college during the same period for at least one semester.
- The scholarship benefits the newly enrolled sibling.
- There is no required high school GPA for eligibility.
- If two or more siblings are enrolled, The second sibling receives a 15% tuition discount for credit hours, including the first semester, The third sibling also receives a 15% tuition discount for credit hours, including the first semester.
- The benefiting sibling must maintain a minimum semester GPA of 60%.
- If the benefiting sibling receives another scholarship with a higher percentage than 15%, the other sibling who is not receiving a scholarship becomes eligible, provided they are not receiving another concurrent scholarship.
- The scholarship is revoked if the benefiting sibling graduates, withdraws, discontinues studies, does not enroll in courses, or receives a disciplinary penalty leading to the loss of the scholarship.

Graduate Scholarship for Further Studies
- The Smart College offers a scholarship for top-ranking graduates who wish to pursue a bridging program from a diploma to a bachelor’s degree. The scholarship is granted at the discretion of the committee based on the need for such sponsorship.
- This scholarship is considered a privilege and is subject to committee approval rather than an automatic entitlement upon meeting the GPA requirement.
- The graduate must have a cumulative GPA of at least 85% to be eligible.
- The scholarship covers tuition fees at the college or university deemed suitable by the committee for the bridging program. However, it does not cover transportation or accommodation expenses under any circumstances.
- As a condition, the college requires the recipient to sign a contract committing to work within their academic department for at least three years after completing the bachelor’s degree.
- The Scholarship Committee consists of the Dean of the College, the Academic Vice Dean, the Financial and Administrative Vice Dean, and the Head of the Graduate’s Department. This committee evaluates the necessity of sponsoring top graduates and submits recommendations to the Board of Directors.
