Quality Assurance Department

The college develops a comprehensive strategic plan every five years, outlining the introduction of new specializations, the closure or modification of existing ones, and the development of academic staff through scholarships and training programs. It also supports research and encourages scientific studies.

All college departments prepare a development plan every five years, at most, to update the academic curricula of active specializations. Course content is revised based on recommendations from the Quality Assurance Department, which gathers insights from faculty members, graduates, and employers.

The Quality Assurance Unit was established in 2022 to ensure and enhance quality across all academic, administrative, and research aspects of the university. It operates under the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and is committed to continuously improving quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence, and enhancing the educational environment at Smart University College. The unit follows professional procedures and standards in evaluating academic programs and improving both administrative and academic performance, thereby strengthening local, regional, and global trust in the college’s educational outcomes.
