According to the Scholarship and Financial Aid Regulations, Articles 3 and 4, which state the following:

Article (3): Scholarship for the Top Student in the Specialization

1. A student who ranks first in their specialization is entitled to a 50% tuition fee waiver, provided they comply with the provisions of this article and Article (1).
2. The semester GPA of the top student in the specialization must not be less than 88% under any circumstances.
3. Clause (2) of this article does not imply that any student automatically qualifies for this scholarship upon exceeding a GPA of 88%.
4. The scholarship does not cover the cost of any tools or equipment required for the enrolled specialization, nor does it include other fees considered in the semester tuition calculation.

Article (4): Scholarship for Outstanding Students (Honor Degree)

1. A student with a GPA of 88% or higher is entitled to a 30% tuition fee waiver, provided they comply with the provisions of this article and Article (1).
2. The scholarship does not cover the cost of any tools or equipment required for the enrolled specialization, nor does it include other fees considered in the semester tuition calculation.
3. Students eligible for other excellence-based scholarships, as per Articles (2) and (3), are excluded from this waiver.
