The Animation & Multimedia program at Smart University College for Modern Education aims to prepare academically and professionally qualified graduates to keep pace with developments in the film industry, animation, and digital media design.
The program provides an advanced infrastructure, including computer labs, animation and photography studios, an electronic library, and lecture halls, enabling students to transform creative ideas into high-quality animated designs and films.
Students will learn character and environment design, 2D and 3D animation, digital media design, visual and sound effects, motion graphics, content management and marketing, and many other essential skills.
The program focuses on enhancing practical skills to ensure that graduates are well-prepared to work locally and globally in various fields that require creativity and innovation.

Through the Bachelor’s program in Animation & Multimedia, Smart University College for Modern Education seeks to achieve the following objectives:
• Equipping students with practical and technical skills essential for the field of animation and multimedia.
• Training students to execute various animated design applications through continuous work in labs and production studios.
• Teaching students to utilize the latest computer software in the field.
• Developing students’ skills in freehand drawing, character creation, animation production, and short film making.
• Training students in digital photography techniques and image processing.
• Enabling students to design visual and sound effects for production.
• Encouraging students to conduct scientific research and critical analysis in specialized fields.
• Preparing students for the local job market through intensive training in design, hands-on projects, and awareness of local and regional market requirements.

This program consists of four (4) years of study, with a total of 132 credit hours.
